Processing of Applications 

l      Applications for both earmarking and reimbursement of fund are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. 

l      Approval of application for earmarking of fund and reimbursement of fund will be subject to the final discretion of OWEC. OWEC reserves the right to approve/reject any application for earmarking of fund and reimbursement of fund. 

l      Applying companies are obliged to supply information pertaining to the data of the companies and the employees, as required in the application form, and they are requested to furnish copies of the employees' Hong Kong Identity Card. If the company applicant fails to comply with these requirements, OWEC may not be able to process its application.
